How can I search for hotels?
You can search hotels by name or destination (country/city/region) in the blue search square on the top left-hand corner of the website. You can also visit our sections 'Luxury hotels we recommend' or 'Top luxury hotel destinations' on our homepage and let yourself be guided to our best hotels.
How can I see only the hotels with special offers?
On our homepage, we have a special section dedicated to our current special offers. What is more, we regularly publish our Private Sales with up to 40% discount for members only. To keep up-to-date, you can sign up for The Club and receive our weekly newsletters.
How can I book?
You can book online by selecting a hotel, entering your dates, choosing the room type and number of rooms, and clicking on 'Search'. You can also call one of our Customer Service consultants and make the reservation over the telephone.
How do I know my booking has gone through?
Once the booking is made, the confirmation will be displayed and immediately emailed to you.
If the page goes blank, keeps loading or displays a technical issue message, what should I do?
Please contact Customer Service. Our consultants will check the status of your reservation and help you complete your booking. Local telephone numbers on which you can reach us are available at the top of each page of the website.
Can I make special requests for my booking?
You can write special requests, such as 'Please provide twin beds' or 'Please note, check-in will be late', in the 'Your comments' section of the booking process.
We are a group of friends - how can we find a hotel offering a family room/suite/apartment?
When you are on the hotel page, rooms that accept extra guests are identified by blue 'Request additional guest(s)' links. Click on the link to add extra guests and to check the additional cost for adults/children/babies. This will be calculated, then you can save and continue your booking. If in doubt, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you in your search.
We are a family of three and need just one extra bed/cot - how can we make this request?

If I book a room that offers the possibility of an extra bed for a baby/child/adult, is it 100% guaranteed?
Extra beds are subject to availability. If the hotel cannot provide the extra bed(s) for the requested dates, we will contact you immediately. Extra bed charges are not automatically included in the total booking cost and must be paid at the hotel.
How do I know if a hotel accepts pets, has disabled-access, has a pool, etc?
On each hotel's main page, click on the tab 'Hotel description and services' and you will see a list of amenities and services provided at that hotel e.g. 'Pets allowed'. If what you require is not on the list, the hotel does not offer that service. For enquiries about disabled access, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you in your search.
Can I see other hotel guests' opinions?
Yes, below the photos on the hotel page, you will see a 'Guest Reviews' tab, which shows guest recommendation ratings. Scroll down to see rating details and comments.
Do I have to print out and bring the confirmation to the hotel?
It is not absolutely necessary, as the hotel receives the same confirmation, but we advise you to print it out to avoid any confusion at the hotel.
Can I book a room for someone else?
Yes, you can book a room for a third-party by making the reservation in your own name and specifing the guest's name in the 'Options' section of the reservation.
Why can't I see today's date on the calendar pop-up?
If this happens, it is most likely to be due to the time zone differences e.g. the time in the US is later than the time in the Europe. So it may be necessary to select the next day on the calendar.
Do you guarantee the hotel will have my reservation?
Yes, we have immediate and up-to-date information on rates and availability, so your booking is confirmed instantly online.
