The Sofitel Marrakech Lounge and Spa is a quite newly built hotel carefully designed to resemble a Moroccan Palace. Its traditional architectural style and ochre walls give it an undeniable charm. Consisting of a series of buildings ranging from 4 to 5 floors, the layout invites guests to stroll through lovely lush gardens full of plants and make their way to the beautiful swimming pool edged with tall palm trees. Resembling a Moorish palace with its huge lobby which has a large metal statue of a traditional water carrier, guests are greeted in the traditional Moroccan way with a "Marhaba" welcome. Through the tall glass doors that are generally left wide open, the view stretches as far as the eye can see from the flowered gardens near the pool outside all the way to the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains on the horizon.

Sofitel Marrakech's rooms and suites feature traditional décor, with elegant marble bathrooms. All have balconies or terraces and many feature incredible views of the Atlas Mountains.
