• Ideally situated in the Loire Valley, west of the Loire Chateaux route, this 18th century family castle is one of the finest private castles in the Pays de la Loire region. Its 50-hectares (125-acre) English-style park with ancient trees invites you to relax and to stroll along its bridleways which will lead you to the Château's very own lake, its charming lodging house, and the Orangery buildings have been popular for 20 years with guests from all over the world, who come in search of some peace or a glorious setting. • The Castle's fifteen bedrooms overlooking on the park, which all can be converted into twin rooms, are arranged like small private apartments, furnished in period style with canopied beds, alcoves, fabrics from great designers, and a charming guesthouse (Le Fruit-Tree lodging house), the swimming pool, horseback-riding, tennis and activities in the park, you will be able to enjoy yourself to your heart’s content. The nearby golf course and historic heritage of the Pays de la Loire region, make it an ideal base for anyone looking for tranquillity, or sporting and cultural activities.

• Hot-air balloon flights taking off from the park (400 euros/person/1hour, 2 people per flight) according to the meteorological conditions at 9 am or 8pm. Also proposed are demonstrations and lessons in traditional cooking in the afternoons. The participants prepare the evening meals themselves, with the chef. At your disposal, a ping-pong table, outdoor heated swimming-pool (12*6), tennis court, bicycles (free loan and for all ages). You have the possibility to practice archery, to fish in the lake, and for children a playground area witha trampoline. On the spot you may go horseback-riding (30 €/pers/hour), pony club in the park from 07/15 to 08/15. Only 4km away is an 18-hole golf course at the Anjou Golf & Country Club (-20% on the green fee) and the Golf de Sablé Solesmes, a 36-hole green located 25km away(-20% on the green fee).
