  "Un hotel de ce standing doit être IRREPROCHABLE sur la prestation dans son ensemble. Deux exemples: le petit déjeuner servi en chambre est sans intérêt et de qualité médiocre: les toasts arrivent tièdes et froids, les oeufs brouillés sont de mauvaise qualité et sec... la finition de la chambre: les pompes à gel douche/shampoing ne fonctionnaient pas, ou étaient cassées"

  "The Hotel OMM was fantastic, and the bar and pool were the perfect place to unwind after a long day in Barcelona. The spa was excellent, although pricey, as well. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return."

  "For a 5 stars hotel, the service is so bad. room i have stayed have problems with electricity plugs, bed, shower stand cracks, door dont close properly during the night, they changed room for us once, but still have same other problems, its a nice hotel from the outside, but its rather disappointing once checked in for a 5 stars."

  "One of the main attractions to the hotel was the pool and jacuzzi which i was under the impression was included in the price and it wasn't so out of principle we did not use it. Also the gym only consists of a runnung machine and exercise bike. Otherwise hotel was wonderful."
