  "The overall impression of the Hotel is excellent. Interior, materials used, lighting plan, all of this was really impressive. Just to mention some experiences we've had during our stay in 1714: 1. When checking in we received the wrong room. We booked a junior suite but when we arrived it was a standard room. This was however quickly resolved by the reception staff. 2. When entering the junior suite the flat screen mounted on the wall was almost falling off. One screw was missing and the screen did hang almost diagonal. This was fixed during our stay quickly. 3. After taking a bath and releasing the water, water was floating quickly from the shower drain into the bath room. We had to use many towel to dry the floor not causing a enormous leaking problem for the hotel. 4. The rain shower works great but: the drain on the floor can't possibly process the water from the shower. After the first shower water was leaking towards the batch room and even into the closet between the bed room and the bath room. The only option we had was turning off the shower from time to time to let the water to be drained properly. 5. There is free internet but you need a code to use it. This code could not be found in the available documentation in the room. 6. Directions / signing. Most likely this is a City issue but we used taxis for transportation to the city center and surroundings. Most taxi drivers had no clue how to reach the front of the hotel. Should be a matter of time since the towers are fairly new but temporary signs would be helpful."

  "Very long delays in check in and out. Lots of staff but no one focused on the customer. Heat in the rooms major problem. Jan and cold outside but room like a sauna a no way that I could find of cooling down"
