  "I have submitted the following as a tripadvisor member..... I travel on a regular basis to Berlin on business and have just stayed three nights at the Kempinski Hotel Bristol .... I am very surprised at some of the comments I have read. Firstly the staff at receiption, the bar, and the pool area were simply fantastic. All etremely helpful, polite and very professional. The room was fresh, very clean, and although compact very well laid out and extremely comfortable. I had a truely wonderful stay. The hotel is well positioned on the Ku Dam, yet quiet and the food was simply terrefic. I have recommended that my company use this hotel in future it was a pleasure to be a guest at the Kempinski and I look forward to returning there in Qctober."

  "I had to change my room keys several times and not once did the hotel staff apologize for this inconvenience. They were unhelpful and sometimes rude. On one occassion when someone left some money for me at the Hotel, the conceige, without checking properly, informed me that there was no money. This inefficiency cost me severe embarrasment, as I had called the person back requesting that the money be paid somewhere else. I eventually found out that the money was indeed at the Hotel. Inspite of this, I still did not get an apology from the Hotel staff!"

  "The hotel was very nice and in a great location, but we had an incident that could have easily spoiled our stay, when we checked in we been given our key card and went to our room, we were really excited and when we opened the door, we heard the shower running and somebody was obvioulsy still using the room, as there were clothes etc lying around the room and the laptop still in use on the table, so we quickly closed the door as we were worried we would encountered somebody coming out of their shower and went to reception. We got a mimbled, I am sorry here this room should be free (new key card given to us) and that was it. No appology or explanation given, which is a real shame. When we got to our room we (which was empty!) we couldn't help but thinking that the other room was a better one, as it had a lovely view, whereas the second room had a view into the back yeard of the hotel...."
