In the historical heart of the city, in an outstanding location in the middle of the metropolis next to the legendary Alexanderplatz, guests will find the Park Inn Berlin-Alexanderplatz. The first class, completely non smoking, superior hotel is ideally located for business travellers as well as tourists and has an excellent access to all public transportation system. Within short walking distance guests will find numerous sights such as the Museums Island, the "Hackesche Hoefe", the AquaDom and Sea Life as well as "Unter den Linden" and "Friedrichstrasse" Boulevards. The Berlin Congress Center is within two minutes walking distance.

"Personal an der Rezeption teilweise unfreundlich, teilweise freundlich. Zimmerservice unaufmerksam. Überall Werbung für die Dachterrasse, aber keine Information, dass in der Woche ab Pfingsten geschlossen. Teilweise lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption. Frühstück sehr umfangreiche Auswahl, aber sehr unruhige und sterile Atmosphäre. Hotel insgesamt okay, aber passt nicht in ein Portal mit Anspruch auf besonders charmante Hotels."

"The entrance was from the square was well marked, but once inside the hallway there should be other signs indicating that "this is indeed the way to the front desk." There should be a sign at the front desk clearly displaying the Park Inn logo. When I went inside I thought that perhaps this was some other hotel as there was nothing visible that said, "Park Inn." Otherwise, fabulous!"
