Built for King Alfonso XIII in 1912, The Westin Palace Madrid was recently restored to recover its original splendor. It was ranked as the #1 hotel in Spain in the Condé Nast Traveler’s 2008 Gold List. The hotel is situated in the very center of the "Art Triangle" between the Prado, Thyssen & Reina Sofia museums.

The 468 guest rooms and spacious suites have been updated with all modern conveniences and with the Westin "Heavenly Bed" and "Heavenly Bath". Rooms are exquisitely decorated with antique furnishings and original mahogany and plaster details. Among the many facilities are meeting rooms, restaurants, bars, shops, a beauty parlour and the "WestinWORKOUT" fitness center overlooking the city.
