Hotel Mela is a captivating, quirky hotel with an Italian twist with a wonderful location in Midtown Manhattan. A refreshing departure from the sleek boutique hotels common in New York, the Mela focuses instead on rich and soothing decor, and has a decidedly eccentric feel. Adjacent to Times Square, the hotel itself is the first new construction in what is known as 'Hotel and University Club Row' (West 44th Street between Broadway and 6th Avenue) – you couldn't get more central.

In Hotel Mela, you can opt for superior, deluxe or executive rooms which differ in size and bed type, but have the same boutique amenities including deluxe pillow top mattresses, fine duvets, 100% Egyptian cotton linen and bathroom products by H2O+. In addition, the rooms feature 26" LCD TVs, CD/Alarm clocks with MP3 connection, working desks with ergonomic chairs and complimentary WiFi. The restaurant, Saju, is a French style bistro with a warm ambience where you'll also find the hotel's bar which offers several signature cocktails.
