The 23 suites, 4 of them duplex suites, have been ideally equipped with the last in comfort and technology. Every one of the suites has been conditioned with a living room or lounge, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and balcony.
The hotel also has an up-to date meeting room, designed especially for business guests and equipped for performance. WiFi internet access is also provided. The Urbanica Suites & hotel is therefore available to organize all types of events of private parties (wedding afters, presentations, work breakfasts...)

The establishment enjoys a strategic location in Belgrano, the city's most traditional and quiet location.
