  "Les parties communes de l'hotel sont vraiment agréables et conformes à ce que nous attendions. Cependant la chambre était petite, pendant trois jours nous n'avions pas de dessus de lit et donc une pauvre couverture à la place. De plus la chambre n'était pas équipée de télécommande à notre arrivée. Bref nous avons été déçu par les prestations de cet hotel. Le personnel n'était pas très agréable."

  "Das Zimmer war sehr klein vor allem das Badezimmer (absolut nicht einem 4* Hotel entsprechend). Keine Doppelverglasung so dass es fürchterlich durch die Fenster zog. Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen war Ok aber nicht mehr."

  "Los dormitorios son confortables pero pequeños. El primer día la TV no funcionaba y nos cambiaron a otra dos pisos más arriba, alejada de la de nuestros hijos pero un poco mejor. El desayuno es es correcto pero un poco caro. El personal es muy amable. Recomendable para estancias cortas y poca presencia en el hotel."

  "Nous avons réservé une "deluxe room" hors la qualité de la chambre était très loin du luxe. La chambre était petite : nous avions tout juste la place de passer autour du lit. Le petit salon ça allait. Mais la salle de bain était de loin le plus décevant : on ne pouvait meme pas etre à 2 dedans, la baignoire ne permettait pas d'etre allongé, le carrelage n'était pas nickel. On avait l'impression d'étre dans une salle de bain de studio au ski. La chambre était propre mais de qualité standard et pas luxe. je suis deçue."

  "Great location & style - room "london-typical" very small (I had an executive room!). little downsides like tv cable hanging around & remote control defective, bath room really super small and rather standard than 4*. service & staff very kind and super friendly but not up to 4* level neither (i.e. we asked for table reservations in well known fancy restaurants such as "fifteen" or "bibendum" and both were unknown to the reception guy - we had to spell the names for him to find them on the internet). however, in summery a good place to stay in london if you like it clean & stylish. the rates are relatively high but still affordable for london standards."

  "Parfaitement situé à proximité de Westbourne Grove, l'hôtel est très bien entretenu. Le staff est remarquable, ce qui est loin d'être toujours le cas à Londres. Toujours un mot gentil, un service irréprochable. Avec au final, un tarif plus bas que prévu lors de la réservation (ils avaient baissé leurs tarifs et l'ont appliqué). Notre chambre était une "Deluxe Supérieur". Les Plus : très calme, clim non bruyante, lit ultra confortable, design sympa avec petit escalier donnant sur un petit salon, chaînes françaises, 18m2 environ, chambre très propre, produits de salle de bain, etc... Les Moins : vitres un peu sales, salle de bain très propre mais assez petite. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux (anglais ou continental) avec jus d'orange pressé, toasts chauds, et là encore service impeccable et détendu (le staff a la trentaine) dans une salle moderne. L'hôtel dispose également d'un sauna, d'un bar et d'un restaurant très agréable. Un coup de coeur !"

  "I have to make a division between the dinner and breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, although it sometimes took a while before juiceglasses became available. The quality of the food in the restaurant and the service there was good. However, the quality of the food that we ordered for roomservice (some ciabattas etc) was abominable, and certainly not up to par with the rest of the hotel."
