  "All staff were excellent, especially your Concierge. We felt our room was very small and the fittings in the bathroom were very stiff and squeaky! and the shower had poor water pressure - we could also hear the people next door trying to use the squeaky shower fittings! The breakfast was not as good as what you would receive in most 4 star hotels, I would have expected to get fresh pastries and fresh fruit, neither of which were available on the sunday."

  "L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale molto disponibile, efficiente e al contempo discreto. La colazione è buona e abbondante e se l'albergo si dotasse di una banalissima macchinetta per il caffé espresso, Lavazza o Illy, non ci sarebbe davvero nessun appunto da fare. La posizione è buona, per prossimità con musei, parchi, metropolitana e autobus, benché non abbia mai fatto uso dei trasporti pubblici perché i taxi londinesi sono talmente presenti che è un piacere usarne e abusarne. :-)))))))))))))))))) e data la centralità della zona, il costo è del tutto relativo. Per chi fosse interessato, accanto all'hotel è ubicato un supermercato fornitissimo, diversi sportelli bancari, qualche pub e ristorante in cui eventualmente mangiare. Ho notato che la zona era particolarmente frequentata da famiglie con bambini. Si tratta, in effetti, di un quartiere relativamente centrale e residenziale, e pertanto tranquillo.
