  "Hemos utilizado internet, facilitamos el el nº de la tarjeta electronica para el pago del servicio. Se nos expidió una factura de 4.20 E por 8' de conexión (que empezaron a contar antes de empezar la sesión. Una vez en casa nos hemos dado cuenta que nos han cobrado 49 E por la conexión. En los hoteles de esta categoria es habitual que la conexión a internet sea un servicio gratuito."

  "The Starhotel was a very nice hotel. It is in a great location with its only downside being that it is also an extremely touristy busy location. Our room was modern, well thought out, clean and ready at 2pm as promised. The breakfast was the least impressive element of our stay - it was very basic, some of the rolls were not that fresh and there was a limited assortment of things to eat. However, we did enjoy the overall Starhotel stay."

  "L emplacement de l hotel est ideal , a deux pas de la place sant marco ,la decoration de l hotel est de bon gout et de bonne qualité ,cependant il m a fallu changé de chambre car celle qui m a était attribué était d un style classique,alors que ce que je souhaitais , c était plutot le caractere comtemporain de la décoration,présenté sur splendia ,qui me plaisais;mais il ny a eu aucun probléme pour le changement. c est donc une excellente adresse pour venise a recommander pour un gout préférent la modernité ,mais toutefois chaleureuse et élégante ,qui ne fais pas oublier que l on est a venise ,bien au contraire.,,,,,,,"
