  "The hotel was clean and well presented. The room was comfortable and the towels were changed daily but by far the outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff, all of whom were charming, very helpful and knowledgable all in several languages!!!!"

  "The room temperature was excessively hot. We were told it was acceptable. It was not. After 7 nights we were moved to a new cool room, but only after threatening to leave for another hotel. The issue should have been addressed immediately. If so my rating would habve been much higher. I will still recommend the hotel; however, I will warn about the air conditioning problem that we experienced."

  "Location - Great! with a view on San Pietro cupola from balcony. 3 minutes walk to San Pietro square. Very good connection to Termini station (bus no.64) Staff - professional and friendly older guys ;-)... very helpful in all matters. Room - not as good as we thought from photos on Splendia; we had room (no.614) with a big stain on the ceiling (we didn't complain only because we were too tired and just for two nights there). Breakfast - old and used clothings, dishes with spalls and not enough cleaned (with water drops dried on glass and tea stains on porcelaine) In general ok... when comparing price to hotel location."
