• Situated in Berlin's pulsating and hip central district of Mitte, the Schoenhouse Apartments are an alternative option for travellers who crave individuality amidst creative and chic fashion shops, galleries, and a myriad of culinary locations. The hotel fuses an enviable city centre location with the quiet isolation of a suburb, as the apartments are nestled in a Mediterranean court. The practical and stylish interiors are spacious and oriented towards comfort, and combine all normal apartment facilities with convenient hotel services. A haven for "do-it-yourself" travellers who prefer the comfort of a home away from home.

• There are 20 Schoenhouse apartments in three different categories, Junior, Senior and Deluxe. Plenty of private space is on offer with open plans in a clean and ecological environment with a leaning towards minimalism. The original building was built in 1910 and recently refurbished, the apartments also feature pleasing contrasts between old and new materials, such as endearing brick walls that provide backdrops for a comfortable design sofa. The concept for the apartments merges nicely with Berlin properties that are mainly in concrete and wood and the minimalist colour scheme offers travellers a cool, modern ambience.
  Guests can also use one of the Schoenhouse's bikes, a great way for for exploring the city. If requested, the hotel will fill the refrigerator before guest's arrival or deliver fresh bread rolls in the morning. There's also the in-house "Schoenschmecker Deli", an offer of wines, pasta, drinks, sweets for use in the apartments and a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The famous Alexanderplatz is within walking distance as well as Hackesche Höfe and Kollwitzplatz. The Schoenhouse Apartments are also well connected to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn public transport networks.
