Its rooms have been decorated with vivacious and highly unique colours, and styled with a fun, fashionable series of furnishings. All have been endowed with the crème de la crème of services, in the tradition of the latest trends in comfort and technology. This hotel is situated in between the famous Fuencarral and Barquillo streets, right on the Vázquez de Mella square, in the heart of Madrid. "Great place, very original. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is below average: only 1 coffee machine that was very slow and always out of order (no water, no coffee beans). Personal of breakfast area was not friendly, not service oriented."

"L'ensemble est d'un excellent niveau, qualité de la chambre (chambre Deluxe durant mon séjour), ambiance design de l'établissement, qualité du service (personnel très serviable, service de chambre sans reproche), localisation de l'établissement... et petit déjeuner. Seul remarque, il n'existe pas de room service pour l'instant, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Je recommande fortement cet hotel"
