  "The reception staff were amazing and since the airport had lost all of our luggage they did their upmost to help us and make us feel comfortable. We were not only taken by their efficiency but by their genuine warmth. Congratulations on a great team! Louise"

  "Tout était parfait sauf l'insonorisation des chambres. on entend tout.Les gens reviennent à n'imprte quelle heure de la nuit sans respect pour le sommeil des autres, ce qui n'est pas votre faute mais si les chambres étaient mieux isolées...ce serait top top. Nous reviendrons et recommenderons votre hôtel à d'autres. Merci"

  "Staff were excellent. Very friendly, flexible and charming. Really an advantage and we appreciated this tremendously. Location is also excellent and on a quiet street. Breakfast, especially for continental Europe, was a pleasure. Housekeeping was *alright*. More attention needs to be paid to vaccuuming the rooms thoroughly. On several occasions we could see it was done in the most haphazard way. When rooms are as small as yours at ROOM MATE MARIO. you need to be even more particular that hygiene standards are outstanding. There is no where to hide the dirt and you notice everything. Rooms themsleves are mediocre (we stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay) and the bathroom design is a disaster. No matter what room we stayed in, the bathroom flooded after every shower. On top of this, the constant dampness meant that the bathrooms always had a musty smell - like rotting sewage. The carpet in 2 of the rooms we stayed at were mouldy from the wet bathroom. This was a serious problem during our stay. We also found it hard to understand why it was not possible to include a reading light on either side of the bed. If one person wanted to read, and the other sleep, the design of your lighting system means that the whole bed area is lit up. Again, not intelligent design."

  "Buen hotel calidad-precio y además se sale de lo habitual por su modernidad. Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación para salir a dar una vuelta por el casco antiguo, comer en un buen restaurante, hacer shopping o salir de marcha. El servicio muy agradable y atento. Lo que más me llamó la atención es la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel durante el desayuno así como el cuidado con el que se prepara y se encuentran colocadas las cosas en el buffet, parece que estés en casa!!"
