  "The hotel is well located. With a 2 min. walk you're on the beach. For parking, don't use valet service. It's $30,00 a day! Instead, go one block futher (3 min. walk, right in front of The Bass Museum) and park your car the entire day for only $15,00. The complementary breakfast is hardly a breakfast. This hotel is a great 3-star hotel. Don't expect 4-star service and quality. Friendly staff however and the rooms are OK. However, some of them are located against a busy valet parking service so there could be a lot of noise coming from there."

  "The hotel doesn't deserve 4 star rate. Well located if you like to reach the center of Sth Beach by foot. Parking at 30$ per night: to avoid. You can find in the area some places where you need to pay 1.25$ per hour till midnight, then it's free until 9am. Breakfast is really not of the level we could expect from a 4 star hotel..."

  "Very nice hotel with a very nice decoration, the location was excellent with only a few minutes from the beach and Lincoln road. To our surprise the breakfast was included as well as beach chairs & towels. The room was very well equipped and had a full equipped kitchen as well as slippers and a dressing gown."

  "This hotel is very well located, the service is excellent and the pool is very nice. The rooms have a kitchen and a sitting room, you feel you are at home. Maybe I found the room a bit dark and I missed a restaurant or a bar. I recommend it definetively!"
