"The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, however one of the staff members was less than helpful. I was given incorrect information regarding a taxi ride to the airport, and as a result I missed my plane. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay."

"Das Riad ist super gelegen. Direkt in der Medina aber in einer ruhgen Seitenstrasse. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und herzlich. Man hat dadurch einen hohen familiären Wohlfühlfaktor. Unser Zimmer war mit das günstigste daher recht klein (was auch an dem großen Bett gelegen haben mag)aber trotzdem sehr schön. Die sanitären Anlagen sind modern und trotzdem wurden z.B. die Mosaiken im Bad erhalten. Das Riad ist aus dem 14.Jahrhundert und wunderschön. Was man dort sieht, ähnelt den Arbeiten der Kasbahs und der Moscheen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert für Leute die es gern persönlich mögen, Wert auf Flair legen und auf ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis."
