A family run, historic guesthouse, the Residenza d’epoca Villa Dolcetti is a welcoming resting point just outside of Venice. The residence is off the well-worn Venice track yet within easy reach of the city and its sights. Dating back over 400 years, the building is renovated yet still retains all of its former charm: wooden beams and other original features are complemented by modern frescoes, flower patterned wallpaper and antique style furniture, leaving you in no doubt as to the fact you are in Italy! Located right on the River Brenta, around the hotel you can see some of the most beautiful villas dating back to the 15th century.

Each of the nine guestrooms of the Residenza d’Epoca Villa Dolcetti are individually decorated but share the same features: Venetian style patterned wallpaper in royal hues like blue and maroon and elaborate antique style furniture, and some rooms even have originally drawn frescoes. The hotel has limited facilities, its prime function being a well-run guesthouse, but can arrange everything from babysitting to restaurant recommendation to bicycle rental.

The Residenza d’epoca Villa Dolcetti is located 14km from Venice, which can be reached either by hire car or 20minutes by direct bus caught just outside the hotel. Nearby, you can reach other cities such as as Treviso (36km), Padova (30km) and Verona (70km) via motorway. Venice Marco Polo airport is 18 km and Treviso Canova airport is 38 km away.
