The Pousada des Arts is located in the historical center of Salvador, overlooking the fantastic Bay of all Saints. After 3 years of work, the hotel has recuperated its beautiful XVIII Century building to create a real charming and historical hotel with all the modern comforts. The hotel has recovered old precious woods and worked with the best artists and artisans of Bahia, to make this hotel a unique place in Bahia, where travelers will meet artists.

The Pousada des Arts offers superior suites with balconies and views to the historical center of Salvador. The deluxe suites have large balconies and hammocks overlooking the Bay of all Saints. All rooms have refined decoration and are equipped with romantic baldaquin beds, LCD TV, free Wi FI, safe, mini bar, air conditioner and fans. On the first floor, you will find a spacious terrace overlooking the bay, which is also dedicated to art expositions as well as Bossa Nova and Jazz bands, patronizing the rich culture of Bahia.

Location

The Pousada des Arts is in an ideal location. In the high city, overlooking the bay, between the Convento do Carmo and the Santo Antonio Forte (best center of Capoeira of Brasil). The property is 5 minutes walking distance from the intense animation of the Pelourinho and 10 minutes (by car) from the very nice beach of Barra.
