The 27 guest rooms at Palazzo Mannaioni are spread out over two levels, facing the ancient bastions of the Castle of Montaione. All have been newly furnished and are equipped with all of the comforts the modern traveller would come to expect, including satellite television and in-room internet connection. Moreover, some of the rooms overlook the ancient rooftops of the town with a view that absolutely unique and unforgettable. The rooms also face partly on the lovely Italian garden with its elegantly shaped pool and hydromassage water jets. The poolside bar, open till late in the evening, offers drinks, snacks and cocktails. The wine bar deserves special attention as it is located in the cellar of the building and has an original barrel-vault ceiling; it serves excellent wines and is the ideal location for luncheons and dinners for a select group of people. The De' Mannaioni Restaurant, located in the old olive press room with a spectacular rib-vaulted brick ceiling, offers typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine revisited in a modern key but with a close eye on tradition.
