Hotel description

The Palais Sebban was constructed around the magnificent residence of Caíd Sebban. Located in the heart of the medina, this 19th century palace has conserved all the authenticity of its three patios, its roofs made of painted wood, its frescoes in carved plaster, its stained glass and its mosaic tiles ("zellij"). Different pieces, of great historic value, have been fitted into spacious rooms and suites, furnished with oriental antiques. The restaurant - under the direction of a pair of chefs, French and Moroccan - completes the magic of the hotel. Finally, enjoy the tranquility of the terraces and the palace's swimming pool.

The Palais Sebban, with total layout of 1,200 m², has 4 suites with terraces, 2 Deluxe suites, 4 Prestige rooms and 5 Deluxe rooms. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, each one offers a different decoration, although all of them respect pure Moroccan tradition.

Located near the Jemaa el Fna plaza and the Kutubia, in the midst of the medina.

    "Le palais sebban est un endroit magnifique au décor oriental traditionnel. Très beau riad, très bien entretenu. La cuisine est excellente, je conseille la tajine à l'agneau et aux fruits secs. Le personnel est très aimable."

    "Le personnel a fait certainement de son mieux mais l'odeur des egouts dans notre chambre, située au rez de chaussée, était par moments épouvantable. Le riad est situé dans une sombre petite ruelle en terre battue et son entrée est très discrete. Il faut le savoir. Mais une fois que vous êtes à l'interieur, c'est un vrai palais des mille et une nuits."
