Its legendary welcome, and the sunny rooms, renovated in 2002, literally plunge you into the contrasted landscape of the Alpilles. Its superb gastronomic restaurant overseen by Jean-André Charial offers an exceptional wine cellar; and cuisine that has qualities not unlike the Baux de Provence and the surrounding valley, combining traits such as light, purity and the power of the mineral environment hailing from the Alpilles.
