These two rooms are next to one another and can be connected, creating a large suite with two separate rooms, two bathrooms, sitting lounge and a separate entrance.

Having undergone an intense reformation in 2004, the Old Town Square Hotel and Residence is housed in two buildings which are catalogued by UNESCO. The renovation helped the hotel unveil a new face of modernity and technology while preserving the original baroque interiors and façade, creating a unique ambience of luxury, comfort, and history all in one. With only 10 guest rooms in total, the Old Town Square Hotel and Residence offers an unsurpassed level of exclusivity and comfort in this ancient Czech capital. All are spacious and most offer gorgeous views of the hotel's historic surroundings. Not only that, but each also boasts fully modern amenities, furthering guest comfort, such as WiFi internet access. The hotel restaurant serves succulent international cuisine and provides seating both indoors and out. The indoor seating is located in 12th-century cellars, the oldest of their kind still preserved in Prague today. In addition, the hotel also has a lobby bar and café which proves to be the perfect place for starting of the day with a healthful and fulfilling breakfast consisting of small dishes, salads and sandwiches.

"Très déçue par cet hôtel (5 étoiles) malgré une situation remarquable et une vaste chambre, nombreuses doléances : un personnel pas aimables ou inexistants pas de service, problème de tarifs remis en causes malgré un accord préalable ( j'ai dû appeler Splendia de Prague pour rétablir le tarif initial ), chambre insuffisamment chauffée mon fils a dormi avec un manteau sur lui ( malgré une hausse du chauffage demandée par nous ), pas de parties communes (salons), bagages posés devant la réception sans un regard ni un au revoir d'ailleurs. Bref pas un hôtel 5 étoiles ni 4 d'ailleurs !!! Déception. AUCUN service, ni sens basique de l'accueil. Nous faisons 3 voyages par an nous avons donc qq repères."
