• Old Captain Hotel is a picturesque cluster of individual villas located close to the capital of Riga. Each villa is decorated in the same colour scheme: olive green tiled roof and cream exterior walls. As you enter the compound gates, the clipped lawns and identical spotless houses give an air of doll-like charm. This charm is completed by the array of classic and antique cars that line the driveways when one of the frequent antique-car fairs is held at the hotel. The Old Captain complex is ideal for business, couples or families. Prices include transfers to and from the airport and breakfast in the restaurant.

• The two-storey villas have three double bedrooms, each of which is large and full of natural light, decorated in cream and white with light fittings of rock crystal. Each room has a king-size bed, plasma TV and Internet connection. Downstairs is a spacious living room complete with plush leather sofas, open fire and an entertainment system that caters to your every need. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and three separate toilets, one of which is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and steam room large enough for eight people. Outside there is a barbeque area, and a spacious automatic garage.
