All vast and beautifully decorated in an antique-modern style with easy-on-the-eye colours, Scandinavian furniture, fine fabrics and contemporary lighting. Though essentially open-plan studios, there is an apartment feel to the spaces, as each has lobby and lounge areas. Inside, there are sink-into sofas (some suites have two), kilims or animal-skin rugs on wooden floors, full-length mirrors, easy chairs, a funky desk and coffee tables.

Elegant and contemporary suites-only accommodation located in Istanbul’s lively Beyoglu-Taksim area. The building of the Misafir Suites Istanbul dates from 1906 and is decorated in cosy warm colours, with a distinctly eastern theme: traditional furniture mixes with modern animal prints and a variety of textures from leather to glass and wood.

All 7 suites are differently decorated with a blend of classic and modern design, marble bathrooms and oversized bathtubs. Robes are provided for lounging around and the bathing experience in the large tub is enhanced by luxury 'L'Occitane' bath products. All suites are equipped with flat screen TV and DVD with free film channels, free wireless internet access, underfloor heating and air-conditioning, fully stocked mini-bar and snack tray with local delicacies, as well as a king-size beds with down pillows and comforters. A trendy restaurant-bar is located on the ground floor, serving Thai and Turkish dishes.

Location

Misafir Suites Istanbul is located in one of Istanbul's most lively areas, Beyoglu-Taksim, and only a few minutes’ walk from Taksim square where all the major public transport hubs are located. A short taxi ride will take you to the main tourist sites such as Topkapi palace, Agia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Ataturk airport is 25 km away and it is 55 km to Sabiha Gökcen Airport.
