• Located on a side street off the famous Kurfürstendamm boulevard, this charming and comfortable hotel is the perfect starting point to explore the cultural and shopping delights of the city. Housed in a typical turn-of-the-century Berlin townhouse, Mark Hotel Meineke preserves its imposing barrel-vaulted entrance and period-style elevator. Most rooms face away from the street onto a courtyard, which makes them so quiet you'll likely forget that you're in the middle of the city. They come in two categories: Comfort and First-Class, and two children up to the age of 16 years are free of charge in their parents room. The public areas all contain Internet access.

• Sizes vary but all rooms sport the same red carpet, flowery curtains and high ceilings typical of Berlin town houses built around the turn of the 20th century. All have either bath-tub or shower, WC, flat screen and satellite TV. First-class rooms are the ones to go for as they are quite large (25 to 37m²) and are additionally equipped with a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. On request the hotel will allocate a room with Internet access. Mark Hotel Meineke also has one function room with daylight for seminars and conferences for up to 25 persons.
