  "Good and nice room in a nice hotel, but the quality of the service was disappointing (TV was not functioning and despite many requests no change took place, we requested to book a restaurant but despite the fact that the reception said yes it never happened, we ask for a sandwich + beer at 11:00 pm but they said the kitchen was closed...)."

  "The hotel was brilliant and the staff really helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Location is a tad on the noisy side but I suppose to be expected being in the centre of Istanbul and it was the week end. Would thouroughly recommend it!"
