"Pas de bagagiste à l'accueil. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre non conforme à la commande, mais erreur rectifiée de suite. Petit déjeuner très basique pour 25 euros/personne. On souhaiterait quelques spécialités régionales : tome de Savoie, gateaux locaux etc... prix très avantageux grace à Splendia Merci !"

"La décoration intérieure est sans aucun rapport avec la beauté du bâtiment et de ses jardins. Pour les chambres vue lac, le paysage est splendide. Par contre, j'avais expressement demandé un lit double et à l'arrivée j'ai trouvé deux lits simples. Au bout de 40 min la gouvernante est venue joindre les deux lits simples, mais en laissant deux couettes simples, sans mettre de drap double. Après un nouvel essai auprès de la conciergerie, il nous a été indiqué que l'hotel ne disposait pas de couettes doubles...!!!... et finalement le 2ème jour nous avons eu un drap double, ... mais toujours avec nos deux couettes simples; Bref, les repas étaient bons, mais le personnel un peu à la peine."
