The hilltop village of Gordes is one of the most beautiful in Provence and La Bastide de Gordes & Spa is a must for a stay here. Built into the old village ramparts, the hotel provides a unique vantage point to admire the justifiably famous Luberon Valley. The building highlights include a Romanesque cloister and 12th century tower. The restaurant, with its excellent wine cellar, is a famous gastronomic destination in its own right.
