  "The hotel is located off a main road, but once inside is very quiet and and relaxing, set within a lovely garden area with a nice pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they arranged for a car to take us into the medina and a free airport transfer was included."

  "We were the only people staying at the hotel which made it feel very big and empty and there was no atmosphere. Due to this we chose to go into the medina in the evening rather than stay at the hotel as planned. Things seemed very 'closed up' with all the other rooms being decorated, the snack area being closed, and in the evening the restaurant being quiet, dark and uninviting!"

  "The hotel was like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech;s Medina. The decor was all traditional and I really enjoyed staying in a place with such character. Dinner in the hotel was fantastic and the breakfasts were always of a high standard and kept me full all day! The pool was beautiful and staff were always friendly and welcoming. The only downpoint was the cost of taxis in and out of town; costing 15$ there and back. I really enjoyed being out of the city when it was so hectic but this could be a downpoint for some depending on the holiday you;re looking for. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or anyone who was looking for accomodation in Marrakech. This is a truly special place."

  "Bonjour, J'ai vraiment été déçue par cet hôtel. Non par le jardin et les chambres qui sont bien aménagés et fort réussis mais par l'entretien, la propreté et le manque total de service. C'était catastrophique. L'attente bien plus longue qu'ailleurs au Maroc en ce qui concerne le service petit déjeuner et repas. Un personnel qui n'appréciait pas lorsqu'on lui faisait remarquer. Le ménage approximatif, (ex. notre chambre n'a pas été faite le premier jour, soit disant parce qu'il n'y avait qu'un jeu de clé de notre chambre que nous avions en notre possession. Sauf que nous étions tout l'après midi au bord de la piscine. Il n'était pas trop compliqué de venir les chercher.) Le linge de toilette est dans un état pitoyable, même dans un 2* à l'heure actuelle on ne trouve pas ça. Il est rêche, troué, plus tout à fait blanc. Les nappes étaient sales, que dire des chaises, draps et dessus de lit.(ex. Le serveur n'a pas eu l'idée de nettoyer la table de petit déjeuner de notre suite ou d'y mettre une nappe avant de poser le plateau alors qu'elle était maculée d'excréments d'oiseaux). Le bouquet final fut lorsque j'ai demandé la facture et que l'on m'a dit qu'il faudrait que je paie en cash car la machine était en panne. J'ai refusé car je n'avais pas suffisamment de liquide sur moi. Comme par hasard la machine s'est miraculeusement remise à fonctionner. Bref, un endroit non recommandable, en train de se détériorer à la vitesse grand V par manque d'entretien, un personnel sans professionnalisme livré à lui même. Votre site est pour moi une référence en terme de bon choix hôtelier, gage de qualité. C'est la première fois que je suis déçue à ce point là, si j'ai une recommandation à faire c'est que vous retiriez cet hôtel de votre sélection, cela risque de vous décridibiliser.   "Jnane Leile is excellent. The host will try to accomodate your requirements. Breakfast were served at patio in front of your room. Restaurant is a little overpriced but okay. Location is good if you just want to relax away from MEDINA as Jnane is located outside the towncentre but not that far, MAD 140 will get you to town ctr. We went with 3 small children and our kids loved it. Reasonable size swimming pool with garden for them to run around. Recommended...."

  "Breakfast and lunch was average, menu quite samll but the special birthday dinner buffet we orderd was very very good. Very friendly staff which in some areas for the 4 stars they want to have still need some professional training but with their friendly they made up for it. Nice realxing and quiet garden with pool big enough for some swimming."

  "Breakfast was very good. The meal disappointing, maybe because no one eats there (or was it the other way round). People were very friendly. I don't think they must try to be more friendly then that, otherwise it will get irritating. Hotel is an excellent base for exploring the Ourika Valley f.e. For visiting Marrakech we would recommend a Riad in the Medina."
