The large bathrooms feature a separate shower and a walk-in wardrobe that's also accessible directly from the room. In addition, the rooms have private balconies which come complete with a set of teak outdoor furniture. A turn-down service is provided nightly and complimentary local newspapers and mineral water are also provided. For dining, the choice is wide; a pizza served by the pool, a barbequed catch of the day, authentic Japanese cuisine or refined silver service dining are all available, and you can pick a nice spot to dine outdoors alongside one of the resort's six swimming pools. • Located just a few miles south of the airport, the Intercontinental Bali Resort is situated on what is probably Bali's best beach in Jimbaran. The sand is white and the waves are not too high for swimming. Wind surfing and sailing are quite popular (no motorized water sports are permitted, however). There are also a number of unpretentious but good seafood restaurants right on the water front. The area is also highly recommended for watching Bali's famous sunsets.
