"Trés bien situé (à proximité -50m- du marché du Rialto, haut en couleur, et proche de presque tout), et à tarif abordable (pour Venise), nous y avons passé un trés agréable séjour, avec un bémol pour le personnel peu chaleureux et communiquant peu, et même les désagrábles reproches du receptionniste lorsque l'une de nos fenêtres sur l'extérieur s'est brisée en tentant de l'ouvrir le 1er jour... et n'a pas été remplacée pendant la durée de notre séjour (4 nuits à entendre le bruit de la rue et à ne pas pouvoir l'ouvrir totalement de peur que ne tombent les bris de verre encour fixés dans la menuiserie !!!). Petits déjeuners sobres et un peu légers. A noter: un excellent restaurant situé à quelques mêtres, menus délicieux et bon marché, repris dans l'ensemble des guides sur cette ville comme une excellente adresse à recommander ! Dispose également d'un patio trés agréable en été, trés rare pourtant à Venise !"

"L'hotel avait un problème donc nous n'avons pas pu séjourner ici, par contre, ils ont assuré un autre hotel - le Concordia. Ils nous ont accompagné à cet nouvel hotel, nous ont laissé une bouteille de champagne dans la chambre pour s'excuser, donc bravo pour avoir assuré et d'avoir gérer la déception initiale"
