Hotel L'avenida

Set within a classical 100 year-old mansion house, designed by one of Gaudi's students, only two minute's walk from the main square of Soller and only 7 minutes tram ride away from the sandy beach of Puerto de Soller. At L'Avenida unwinding is simply effortless. In the secluded courtyard garden you can cool off in the pool and for gourmets there is L'Avenida Bistro, serving delicious lunches alfresco by the pool, a weekly barbeque or chefs tasting dinner. The lounge bar is the place for cocktails, pre- and post-dinner drinks.

All rooms feature wengé hardwood floors, beautiful accent wallpaper, leather or four-poster beds, silk drapes and 400-thread Egyptian cotton bed linen. Bathrooms showcase walk-in showers, contemporary ceramics, roll-top baths (in the luxury suites), and handmade organic shower gels and shampoos. Please note that all bedrooms are non-smoking, and that, due the historical nature of the building, there is no lift available within the hotel.

The town centre finds itself at only a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The port of Soller can be reached by car in only five minutes, Deia can be reached by car in only 20 minutes, Fornalutx in only 10 minutes, Palma in only 25 minutes and the airport is located at a 30 minute car ride from the hotel.
