  "Excellente impression générale pour cet hôtel, prix vraiment très correct, le service est très bon, accueillant,etc. Les chambres (standard) ne sont pas eéormes mais très bien agencées, design, et très propres, la salle de bain suit cette règle, peu spacieuse mais très bien agencée, propre, design et fonctionelle. Enfin, je suis un peu partagé au niveau de la localisation, mais c'est la ville qui veutcela : à deux pas d'Union Square et de ces shops, on est aussi à deux pas de Tenderloin et de ces homeless. Il suffit seulement d'aller du bon côté !"

  "Need to place parking fees including valet parking on website- this information was not communicated to me clearly at check-in. I asked for repetition of valet parking fees and charges which were done. This was not consistent with check-out charges- requested clarification at check-out including follow-up phone call. Message received on voice mail. The hotel was beautiful. It was a shame this interaction tainted my stay. Would like to come to visit this city in the future but uncertain if a visit to your hotel would occur."
