"Having done my research and read numerous fantastic reviews, I was looking forward to my stay at Hotel Neri with much anticipation. I was however very disappointed and feel that the hotel did not come close to delivering the high standard of service or accommodation I was expecting- especially at the price. The rooms are very simple and lack a feeling of warmth or luxury and the service lacked the attentiveness you would expect at this level. The room service was also poor, with our hot drinks arriving cold on two consecutive occassions. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again! Such a disappointment!"
