Situated very close to the one of the Costa del Sol's best beaches in the urbanisation of Elviria, near Marbella, the Hotel Vincci Selection Estrella del Mar is perfect because everything is brand new, well laid-out and quite small in scale. A luxury property, the architecture is strongly Arabic in its layout, with a very sensual lobby and courtyard. Furthermore, the resort facilities, including four nice outdoor pools set amidst tropical gardens, are quick to access from the accommodations due to hotel's nice small size.
At Hotel Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar, you can opt for a two bedroom suite with a large sitting room and two furnished terraces, or a superior room with a small sitting-room area containing either a sofabed or two armchairs. All these rooms have a large terrace enjoying sea views and furnished with a lounger, table and chairs. Estrella de Mar's spa is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, with a heated swimming pool, thermal suite including saunas and steam baths, and a range of treatments. Outside in the beautiful, tropical gardens are four pools, with one for kids. The hotel also has a golf desk which will help you make the most of the Costa del Sol, and organise lessons.

The Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar is 8 km east from the centre of Marbella and 43 km from Malaga airport. The hotel's is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol in the area known as “Elviria–Las Chapas”, regarded as one of Marbella's most desirable spots and near what is surely the best beach on this part of the coast.

"I understand that the hotel is just recently opened however I did have some issues with my room and the hotel which were addressed by the Reception staff. I thought it best to discuss my issues with the staff before I left as I didn't want to leave feeling negative about the hotel. Just for your information the issues I had were: 1: No Bathrobes or slippers in room on arrival. I requested these on the Sunday evening however I had to ask again for them on Tuesday as no one had responded to my request. 2: No bottle opener in the room. Again I requested this on the Sunday, yet again my request was not responded to. 3: On Tuesday I arrived back into my room and music was playing which was not activated by any of the controls in my room. A maintenance person attended to this immediately. 4: On the Wednesday again after my breakfast I returned to my room and yet again Music was playing. I contacted receprion again however this time my request was not dealt with immediately and I had to go down to reception after 1/2 an hour to ask if it could be attended to. This time reception advised that they would change my room which I was happy to do. 5: On my departure there was 2 entries for breakfast which I had to query as my booking included breakfast in the cost. 6: On Sunday evening we had dinner in the restaurant but unfortunately the salmon wasn't cooked properly and had to be sent back. As I said these issues were addressed to my satisfaction and will return to the hotel again in the future."
