Hotel description

Condal Mar Hotel is an impressive 14-storey building in an unusual elliptic vertical structure. This project was the result of a new concept of integrated decoration, with an outstanding attention to detail. Few hotels in Barcelona have known to conjugate the modern design with the comfortable and warm spaces. This new hotel in Barcelona has been prize as the best modernist design hotel. The hotel offers two Restaurants, a Buffet style restaurant, featuring Mediterranean and international cuisine and our Asian style restaurant. A cafeteria is also available in the foyer area and a pool bar on the tenth floor. Open-air swimming pool: an outdoor pool, on the rooftop of the building. Unwind and relax with amazing views of the city, Barcelona.

Hotel Vincci Condal Mar offers 178 bedrooms, with 168 Standard rooms (28 adjoining and 4 disabled bedrooms) and 10 Junior Suites. All rooms are equipped with Satellite TV, Internet connection, direct telephone, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, telephone in bathroom, daily newpaper, laundry service, a wide-ranging room service menu and a complete welcome set of products. The hotel also features 28 adjoining rooms and four rooms that are fitted to suit disabled guests. Four of the hotel’s nine floors are non-smoking. Finally, guests can take advantage of a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, open from May to September.

Location

Located in the Diagonal Mar neighbourhood (Forum), a short distance from the “Mar Bella” beach and a few metres from the new Forum 2004 Palace of Congresses and the Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre. Very well comunicated to the centre, the aeroport and the port. The Hotel also offers 52 parking spaces to make your stay more comfortable.

"I thought the breakfast was excellent but on my final morning I had to leave the hotel before breakfast had commenced to make my flight home. I had to pay for breakfast even though I couldnt avail of it... that is a little Irish. We had problems with our AC throughout the weekend and no internet access in our room. Other than that, It was a good experience."
