"Hôtel design très bien placé dans le centre pour visiter à pieds. Aucun bruit donc sommeil paisible ! Très mauvaise insonorisation entre chambre et salle de bain donc pour ceux qui aiment un peu d'intimité dans la salle de bains, c'est pas gagné ! Accueil très agréable, personnel très souriant, petit déjeuner très bien."

"A pesar del pequeño traspiés inicial (no les constaba la solicitud de cama doble que especificamos en la reserva vía Splendia, y no tenían más disponibilidad), la experiencia en el Hotel fue muy positiva. Hotel de diseño excepcional, cuidadísimos detalles, con una situación excepcional en el corazón de Lisboa, excelente atención al cliente, habitaciones inmaculadas, cálidas y acogedoras... El buffet del desayuno es completísimo y delicado (ensaladas, frutas, tortilla de patata, jamon serrano, bolleria, etc). Sin embargo el servicio de habitaciones nos sirvió una ensalada y un sandwich "de broma", jaja, aunque bueno, el nivel gastronómico de Lisboa deja muchísimo que desear... Ampliamos dos noches más la estancia."
