The outdoor panoramic swimming-pool is open from the end of May until the end of September. The Villa Fiesole Hotel will tempt you with its buffets in the elegant and cosy breakfast room. In the warm season the buffets are served on the panoramic terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful view over Florence. The restaurant proposes a varied menu with dishes from the classic Italian cuisine wisely matched with delicate newer versions of typical and more innovative dishes. Note that the restaurant will be closed for the low season from November 10th 2008 to March 15 2009, the hotel apologise for any inconvenience.
