"My breakfast experience was very poor - I had to ask for coffee and when ordering soft poached eggs on toast, the poached eggs took 15 minutes to arrive, (the restaurant was not busy as it was about 9:15am), did so without the toast I had ordered, which took another 10 minutes, by which time my eggs had gone cold and hard - I did not bother ordering again as I had to leave for a meeting."
