  "Un room service plus fourni serait appréciable surtout si on aime pas le japonais - en revanche le japonais choisi est excellent. Le concept d'assistant dédié n'est pas complètement au point et il y a un peu de mieux à faire sur la partie hammam jacuzzi en termes de prechauffage ... Sinon très bel endroit reelement"

  "Bonjour, nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour au sezz . Pas de portier a l'entrée chambre assez sombre. Le lit avait une alése en plastique comme a l'hôpital , une vieille couette et de vieux oreillers sans sous-taies. L'accès au hammam et jacusi était gratuit mais le jacusi etait froid et le hamam etait dans le noir, les lumières ne fonctionnaient.,"

  "Nous voulions nous faire plaisir en nous offrant, une fois n'est pas coutume, une nuit dans un hotel 4 étoiles. Même si nous y avons passé un excellent weekend, nous avons été déçus sur certains détails: à l'arrivée un plateau déjeuner au milieu du couloir (déjà étroit), un mégot de cigarette sur le balcon et la poignée de la porte des toilettes qui nous reste dans les mains... Pour une junior suite à 550 euros la nuit, nous avons trouvé cela limite. Nous avons cependant apprécié la grande baignoire ronde (dont les joints ne servent plus à rien une fois remplie d'eau...), le grand lit et le coté design. Je ne pense pas que nous remettrons un jour ce prix là dans un hôtel."

Déco de la chambre et confort super, mais un peu petite même pour une personne... Je me sentais un peu à l'étroit... Autre info : un soir nous voulions prendre une bouteille de Jack Daniels Celà nous a été refusé car nous devions prendre par verre... Bizarre alors qu'une bouteille de champagne était possible... Bien à vous"
