  "Sehr schöner Garten, freundlicher Service und viele technische Annehmlichkeiten (Nespressomaschine, Ipodboxen,TV etc.). Allerdings war auch bei uns (vgl. Feedback Hotel Roemer) der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft, so dass der Boden mehrmals unter Wasser stand. Zudem ist der Schrank max. für eine Person geeignet und das Toiletten-papier ist kratzig. Das Frühstück war lecker, die Auswahl für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel allerdings etwas spärlich."

  "Our room was quite small, though it was nicely appointed. The shower looked great, but would flood the bathroom each time we showered (the drain was to the side and did not catch the water sufficiently), so that was not very relaxing to deal with. The service was very good -- but not excellent."

  "Sehr nette und persönliche Führung des Hotels. Leider erhielten wir als SPLENDIA CLUB MEMBERS kein upgrade auf die nächste Kategorie. Unser Zimmer Nr. 11 war bezüglich der Eirichtung sehr geschmackvoll aber leider ist es neben der Wäscherei gelegen und war im Halbkeler."

  "Hotel tres bien bonne ambiance personnel sympa .Mais vu le nombre de francais dans l'hotel je trouve qu'ils devraient faire des efforts pour avoir plus de traductions en francais, de plus leur videotheque est un peu viellotte ."

  "The hotel location was fantastic. A really quiet street that was incredibly close to everything. Our room, no 14 was on the basement and had access to the garden. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and a double rainwater style shower so you could shower together without fighting about who stoof under the showerhead, very nice! The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was excellent and they weren't too worried about you turning up a little after breakfast was meant to have finished. The only downside was that the store-room for bedroom linen was also on the basement floor and the maids clanged about from very early. My advice would be to be more considerate of people sleeping down there as they were the more expensive rooms but we never got a lie-in."

  "Ein wunderbares Konzept-Hotel. Gemütlichkeit und Eleganz wäre die treffensten Beschreibungen dieses kleinen Hotels. Kleines Manko war das unser Zimmer nicht wie gewünscht früher beziehbar waren und auch nicht zur regulären Checkin-Zeit die mit 15 Uhr sehr spät ist. Aber im Ganzen nur zu empfehlen."

  "The service of the staff was great but concerning our room, when the housekeeping cleaned up the room they would only make your bed and clean the bathroom. Dirty glasses or cups weren´t replaced, remaining in the same spot we left."
