  "This is just TOO try-hard avant-garde. Good looking reception staff doesn't make a hotel. My biggest specific gripe is the extraordinarily silly airconditioning. We had no control over it once the outside temp fell below 18C (the system automatically turns to heating!). Nights were hot, and we had to rely on inadequate little fans. Open the windows you say? Not on K'Dam, the busiest, noisiest, thoroughfare in the German Democratic Republic. The staff explained that this was an eco-friendly initiative. Certainly not customer friendly. I would actively advise people not to bother. Oh, and bathrooms IN the main room - too silly for words really."

  "The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were a bit tired but still looked fantastic. Friendly and helpful service. The spa was very relaxing but being prudish Brits we were a bit shocked by the naked policy! Lots of good places to eat near the hotel and only a short hop on the metro to the centre of Berlin."

  "Hotêl et spa superbes et très agréables. Les seules choses qui m'ont déçues par rapport aux photos du site sont le manque de verdure dans la chambre, une petite plante ne coûte rien et rend la chambre plus agréable, et les corps peints dans des tons très pâles sur le plafond, je trouve qu'ils n'apportent rien."

  "This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world. It was a beautiful experience , my friends loved it , it was brilliant value for money which I would reccomend to everyone . Location was great , near to the station , staff were friendly and genuinely interested in making sure our holiday was good . It was a really good holiday and Berlin was fantastic . Thanks ."
