"While the hotel was very nice and in a great location, and while the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, we were very disappointed with the "Ask Me" service in the Zeroom. Having read various things about what a great service this was, we went down to get some tips for restaurants etc and ona number of occasions there was no one there to help us and the laptop that was also set up wasn't working! The reception staff were however more than happy to help!"

"Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas du tout de lobbye est un peu dommages car du coup l hotel meme joliment decore manque un peu d'atmosphere - la localisation est parfaite et c'est un bon rapport qualite prix - tres tres peu de produits d'acceuil, c'est tres limite pour un 4 etoiles (savon dans un containeur en plastique qui ne tiens pas debout une fois ouvert...) - personnel tres aimable - petit dejeuner tres joliment presente mais sommaire, pas de pain grille, aucun plat chaud (oeufs brouilles ou autre)"
