• "For a 5 stars hotel, the service is so bad. room i have stayed have problems with electricity plugs, bed, shower stand cracks, door dont close properly during the night, they changed room for us once, but still have same other problems, its a nice hotel from the outside, but its rather disappointing once checked in for a 5 stars."

• "One of the main attractions to the hotel was the pool and jacuzzi which i was under the impression was included in the price and it wasn't so out of principle we did not use it. Also the gym only consists of a runnung machine and exercise bike. Otherwise hotel was wonderful."
