"Much better than we expected for an airport hotel. Roomy, spotless, fashionable, comfy beds, brilliant shower and everything of excellent quality. The only negative thing (and this is not the hotel's fault) was that as we arrived too late for the shuttle bus we had to take a taxi from the airport and several drivers refused to take us as they wanted longer distance fares. When we finally found a driver he ripped us off and charged double what we should have been charged!"

"Ottimo servizio, personale cortese ed efficiente, ambienti curati e di buon design. Purtroppo questo hotel non è raggiungibile direttamente con la metropolitana e pertanto è necessario fare un tratto in bus per raggiungere la stazione di Avenida de America. Nota negativa: durante il nostro soggiorno (fine maggio 2009) la piscina all'aperto non era pulita e era stata allestita l'area dei lettini e degli ombrelloni; immagino che non fosse ancora iniziata la "stagione balneare" tuttavia, date le temperature, sarebbe stato piacevole utilizzarla. Anche il comodo servizio shuttle con l'aeroporto non era ancora attivo, ma in questo caso l'albergo efficientemente rimborsa il costo della corsa in taxi tra il terminal e l'hotel, presentando alla reception la ricevuta rilasciata dal tassista."
