• The Floating Centre is the first and the only one of its kind in the Czech Republic. It offers the concept of harmonising your mind and soul. In a 7-metre shell-shaped bath, you will float on water enriched with natural crystals (Dead-Sea-Effect) and experience a unique feeling of weightlessness, absolute silence, deep relaxation and peace. The water is renewed after each usage and the strictest hygiene is ensured so you can achieve your absolute glow after a long flight, before a tough business meeting or to simply feel good. Hotel Maximilian is the first in Prague to have a traditional Thai massage studio provided by SABAI, which runs the most prominent massage studio in Prague. Traditional Thai massage has been practised in more or less its present form for more than 1,000 years. It is part of the family of oriental techniques based on the healing theory of intrinsic energy flows and energy balance. In today's words, traditional Thai massage removes the feeling of fatigue, muscle convulsions and nerve strain, stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, and makes muscles, joints and tendons loose and flexible. Massage is given by qualified Thai therapists, who have many years' experience working in foreign spa resorts and physiotherapy facilities.
