"Nonostante le caratteristiche dell'hotel il servizio non è da ritenersi adeguato ai costi dello stesso, in particolar modo la lentezza del servizio durante la cena è stata molto fastidiosa, vaggiando noi con dei bambini al seguito. Inoltre l'aria condizionata della nostra camera non funzionava correttamente Nel complesso una sistemazione non banale, ma con un costo non proporzionato alla qualità degli spazi e del servizio Mi preme specificare che conosco molto bene Marrakech ed il Marocco in genere che ho visitato molte volte"

"Joli hôtel bien entretenu, magnifique jardin en plein centre de Marrakech, accueil très sympathique et efficace.Nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était donc très bien ! petit "bémol":le petit déjeuner.Il n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie: crêpes froides,café noir sirupeux,fromages et charcuteries industrielles médiocres...jus de fruits peut être frais... Le prix dégriffé est le bon prix,le prix "normal" d'une chambre standard est trop élevé.Mais c'est un des seuls hôtels de charme avec peu de chambres et une jolie piscine à 15mn à pied de la place, donc tout ça a un prix peut être !"
